This afternoon, Actor Siddharth Shukla was cremated in Mumbai, a day after his sudden demise that has left his fans and the whole entertainment world in a shock. His body was taken from a hospital to the crematorium, where a large number of his family, friends and colleagues were present.
The actor’s post-mortem was completed last night in a hospital in Mumbai and no injuries were found, according to the reports. They added that a viscera analysis will demonstrate the cause of his death. The death of a 40 year old actor on Thursday, reportedly due to a cardiac arrest has caused grief and shock in the TV and film fraternity.
A team of three doctors carried out the examination, that was recorded on video. “No internal or external injuries were found”, the sources said. The viscera samples have now been sent for a chemical analysis. As per the sources, a histopathology will be done after which the cause of death will be made clear. At around 10:30 am on Thursday, Siddharth Shukla was brought to Mumbai’s Copper Hospital by his family. The hospital reported that he was brought dead.
According to the initial reports, a heart attack was suggested as the cause, but the doctors said that a post-mortem would establish the real cause of his death. According to his friends, Siddharth Shukla reported uneasiness the previous night. He took something to drink and eat and went back to bed. In the morning, when he did not wake up, the family doctor was called; who then advised them to take him to the hospital immediately. The actor’s made a statement through his PR team, requesting the media to give them space to grieve. The statement said, ” We are all in pain.
We are as shocked as you are. And all of us knew Sidharth was a private person, so please respect his privacy, his family’s privacy. And pray for his soul to rest in peace”. Siddharth Shukla started his career as a model and made a debut with a lead role in TV show ‘Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na’. He also appeared on shows like, ‘Jaane Pehchaane Se…Ye Ajnabbi’ and ‘Love U Zindagi’ before appearing in the big time with blockbuster show ‘Balika Vadhu’. He has also participated in shows like “Khatron ke Khiladi” and Jhalak Dikhla Ja”.
