After this, just add chilly powder and salt according to your taste. Add one cup corn flour in parts and mix it well with the vegetables. Then just pour one tablespoon of oil on a pan and start making your pancakes. Cook until a golden brown colour appears. And your snack is ready.
A South Indian popular breakfast, upma is quite healthy and can be cooked without much effort. In order to make it, take 1 cup roasted suji or if it is not then you can roast it on a pan. Then, heat a pan with some oil added to it.
Add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds and when you hear a crackling sound, then add curry leaves, chopped onion, carrot and tomatoes to it. Mix it well for some time. After this, add 2.5 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Then, add salt and Chilly powder to the mixture, followed by adding suji to it. Another easy 5 minutes snack is sweet corn salad which you’ll not regret making. For this, just boil some sweetcorn and sprinkle corn flour on it after boiling. Then, fry them and pour it in bowl.
Add some chopped vegetables to it like onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves. After this, add salt, red chilly powder, chaat masala and lemon juice to it. That’s it. The snack is ready and you are all set to satisfy your taste buds with this amazing mouth-watering snack.
4. Guacamole Quinoa salad
If you’re looking for something easy and rich in protein, then this is the best option. In order to make quinoa salad, cook the quinoa seeds according to the instructions on the pack and allow it cool down in room temperature.
After this, scoop out the flesh of avocado and mix with chopped half onion, half cup chopped cilantro and two tablespoon limejuice. Add 1 cup cherry tomatoes and drizzle the mixture with olive oil. Finally, serve it on a bed of lettuce, topped with hot sauce, pepper flakes and garlic. This easy recipe can be added to your list of 5 minute snacks.

Then, drain the noodles and start on with cooking garlic. For this, heat a pain with oil and 4 garlic cloves to it.
